Applications for Volunteer membership can be picked up at the Station at anytime and from the front office at the Runnemede Borough Hall, located at 24 N. Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ, during normal business hours. Once completed, applications can be returned to the Station. Afterwards, someone from the Fire Company Membership Committee with contact you on how to complete the additional steps in becoming a member.

About Our Mission
Beaver Brook Regional Fire Alliance Mission
To provide a safer, unified, efficient, and standardized service to the borough residents of Barrington, Bellmawr, Haddon Heights and Runnemede through joint training initiatives by utilizing the resources and expertise of the Alliance members. To ensure that the Barrington, Bellmawr, Haddon Heights, and Runnemede firefighters are provided the necessary skills, judgment, and training to safely mitigate emergency situations encountered.

Our Eagles Raffle drawing will take place Wednesday, 9/9 at 6:00 PM on Facebook Live!
We know the tickets say noon, but with it being midweek and everyone’s work schedules, we decided to push the drawing back to 6 PM so more people can tune in.

The Runnemede Bureau of Fire Prevention is proud to present
🌟100 Smoke Alarms to Celebrate 100 Years🌟
This is a community fire safety outreach project to educate the residents of Runnemede about the importance of properly installed smoke alarms.
Through this program, new 10-year sealed battery, single station smoke alarms are will be available to qualified residents of the Borough of Runnemede thanks to a generous grant donation from The Home Depot Foundation.
Please fill out the form linked below. If your home meets the requirements, someone from the Fire Prevention Bureau will contact you to set up an appointment for inspection and installation.
Please note, at this time the Fire Department:
❌ Cannot provide or replace hard-wired detectors
❌ Cannot provide or replace Carbon Monoxide alarms
❌ Cannot provide detectors for rental properties / units. Owners of rental properties are responsible for providing and maintaining required detection at all times.
❌ Cannot provide or replace detectors in commercial / business properties
❌ Will not provide or replace detectors for resale or change in occupancy purposes.
‼️Current owners are responsible for proper installation and costs prior to any changes of ownership or occupancy.

We'll be at The Mile on 9/2/26 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a table set up selling our Eagles Raffle Tickets. Anyone 21+ who purchases raffles from us during the event will recieve a beer voucher.

Task Force 2 (Haddon Heights), all hands dwelling fire. QT7 operating as the first due truck. This fire has been place under control with extensive overhaul needed.

Smoke Detectors and Home Fire Drills
Most fatal home fire occur at night while the victims are sleeping. They usually succumb to invisible gases and smoke, which can actually drug them into sleeping more soundly.
Inexpensive home smoke detectors will sense this danger and sound a life saving alarm. All homes should have at least a detector outside the bedroom on each level and one in the basement and utility areas.
Emergency Management
The Office of Emergency Management is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive emergency program for the Runnemede Fire Department.
This plan addresses disaster mitigation, planning and preparedness, response to, and recovery from large scale emergencies and disasters that may affect our local area. The intent of this program is to minimize the impact of disasters, provide necessary disaster operations, and to enable effective disaster recovery.
