Members honored by the Camden County Hero Scholarship

EMS Supervisors Thomas Buscio and Lois Tadley along with EMT Mary McLean were honored for their roll in an EMS incidentspan classtextexposedhide…spanspan classtextexposedshow in Bellmawr NJ in November 2013. EMTs Tadley and McLean responded on Runnemedes ambulance and EMT Buscio responded as a paramedic for Virtua. The incident involved 3 people simultaneously being electrocuted and all were in cardiac arrest at the arrival of first responders. All 3 victims were revived by the time they arrived at the hospitals. This was a combined effort by numerous public safety agencies including Runnemede EMS Bellmawr Fire and EMS Bellmawr Police and Virtua Paramedics.
